At FANUYA, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping across the United States. Below is everything you need to know about our handling times, delivery speeds, and tracking procedures.
Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major US federal holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will commence processing on the subsequent business day. Once your order has been handed over to our carrier, you will receive an automatic dispatch notification with your tracking details.
Shipping Speeds & Rates (United States)
We offer straightforward and predictable shipping options tailored for US customers:
- Standard Shipping (5–10 Business Days): $10.00 flat rate for orders under $50.00.
- Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout to all domestic US orders of $50.00 or more.
- Express Shipping (1–3 Business Days): $25.00 flat rate for expedited priority transit.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: Available via Standard Delivery (transit may require an additional 3–5 business days).
Real-Time Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided immediately upon package handover to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your direct tracking link.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's online tracking system to update and reflect physical scan events.
No Surprise Duties or Import Taxes
All US consumer shipments are handled under domestic delivery terms. You will never be asked to pay unexpected import duties, customs clearance surcharges, or courier handling fees upon package arrival.
Package Protection & Delivery Assistance
If your tracking number shows no movement for 10 or more consecutive days, or if your package arrives with physical transit damage, please contact our support team immediately at support@fanuya.com with your order number. We will initiate an investigation or dispatch a prompt complimentary replacement.
